Happy holiday season! It's that time of the year where we take extra time to be thankful. And to carefully choose the name for your holiday turkey.

Lately, I've gotten pretty good at recognizing how lucky I am to have all that I have. It didn't used to be that way though.
I used to be so nervous and pessimistic about where I was in my life that I didn't always realize that I have a lot and am able to do a lot. Especially right after college when I was having some trouble finding a job that was right for me. I was not grateful for my college education, my living situation, my body and health, my (small but existent) social life, etc...
Honestly, it just took some time (and a bit of an attitude adjustment) for me to see that I'm lucky I am able to do everything that I do.
I mean, I'm not saying that I constantly walk on sunshine and act like everything is great all the time. That's not actually life. But I am constantly re-understanding that every good and bad thing happens for a reason. And there's something to be grateful for in all of it.
What are you thankful for?
I'm grateful for.....
My family, my friends, my pup, a roof over my head. Those who keep me grounded and understand that I might not answer their calls/texts for days and tease me about it but still love me anyway.

A college education in something I am so passionate about, my network of amazing people who are literally all over the world, and a healthy body that allows me to do all of my jobs.

All of my jobs. People continuously ask me why I don't quit one of my jobs. And it's because I learn a lot in all of them and I love what I do. I'm grateful for the opportunity to do so much and still be figuring some stuff out in my life.

The future I have to look forward to, and whatever else it may bring. I'm ready.
